If you or any of your relatives, friends, or loved ones have used the services of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) for the purpose of receiving the Emergency Repair Program (ERP), then please pay attention to this. The Community Programs Division (CPD) of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) intimidates elderly Tennessee citizens with threats of violence and other coercive methods if these impoverished elderly citizens do not comply with the demands of the CPD. Besides this, the CPD engages in myriad questionable practices that need to be uncloaked. I have been a newspaper reporter since the 1990s along with being a professor at the University of Tennessee.
